What methods of Payment do you accept? |

We currently process payments using PayPal IPN - which accepts visa, mastercard, american express, discover, as well as allowing you to pay via your Paypal account.

Can I place an order if I don't have a Paypal account? |
Yes! With Paypal IPN you don't have to set up a paypal account in order to make your purchase. You can pay with any major credit card, and your order is processed through Paypal's secure payment processing services. You may also choose to set up a free Paypal account. How long before I receive my order? |

Just 4 Twins provides customized goods. This means that we personally embroider the items to complete each order at the time of your purchase. Due to this fact - we ask that you please allow 10-14 business days to process and ship your items, not including the day you place your order. We are a small family owned company and do our very best to get your orders completed and shipped out just as quickly as we can for you!!
If you order an item that is not custom made (example: screenprinted t-shirts and many of the standard stationery items, etc.) it will ship out in 1-2 business days, providing that you don't have any customized items included in your order. |
Are rush orders available? |
If you need a rush order, please contact us for availability (applicable rush fees will apply.) Not ALL items can be rushed, but if we can we are happy to work with you to get your orders expedited. |
What is the turnaround time on shower invitations? |

Production time on your shower invitations depends on how quickly you approve your proof. Proofs are emailed out within 2 business days and must be approved before you order can continue being processed. |
How long before I get my proof on personalized stationery items? |
|
You will receive your proof on personalized stationery items (shower invitations and personalized thank you notes, etc.) within 2 business days. Your approval is required on personalized stationery items before you order can move on to the production phase. |
Do you offer gift certificates? |

We will have gift certificates available very soon! |
Can I exchange my item if it doesn't fit? |
Definitely! We want you to be happy with your item! We will exchange items, as long as they are shipped back to us in un-used condition. The only exception is on personalized garments with your children's names. See our exchange policy for more details. |
What is your return policy? |
We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order (in the condition it arrived) and will provide a 100% refund on all items EXCEPT for those with personalized names. Due to the nature of personalized garments and items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. On all other items we offer a 100% money back guarantee, but we are not able to refund shipping charges. See our return policy for more details. All Close-out sales are final.

What is the difference between "customization" and "personalization"? |
|
Customization is the term that describes the majority of our Just 4 Twins items. We offer our shoppers the choice of many different garment colors and thread colors for each item so that you can truly make it your distinctively your own! This is perfect for twins who like to have the same look, but have different favorite colors, etc. It also allows you an unlimited color palette vs. only be able to order things in the typical "blue" and "pink." You choose the style of garment, the color, and the thread colors. We create your selected items at the time of your purchase.
Personalization refers to adding your children's (or grandchildren's) names on your item. Our "Little Twinkies" designs, and some of our thank you cards offer personalization. All of our Birth Announcements and Shower & Birthday Invitations are also personalized with your individual information. |
How do I submit a photo for your gallery? |
If you'd like to submit a photo to our gallery, just email your photo with your written permission to post the photo to info@just4twins.com, and we'll add you to the page! |
What if I don't see what I'm looking for? |
If you are searching for a certain type of twins item and you can't find it on our site - just contact us and let us know what it is! We will do what we can to create it just for you! |
