All of our payments are processes through Paypal's Secured Payment Servers, however you don't have to use a paypal account to place an order. You can use your credit card!!!

We process secured payments using PayPal IPN - which accepts visa, mastercard, american express, discover, as well as allowing you to pay via your Paypal account.

PayPal IPN is a secured online payment system (no PayPal account needed) which allows you to use any major credit card to pay through PayPal's secure payment processing services.  You may also use or create a FREE PayPal account to use bank accounts.

Yes! With Paypal IPN you don't have to set up a paypal account in order to make your purchase. You can pay with any major credit card, and your order is processed through Paypal's secure payment processing services. You may also choose to set up a free Paypal account. Just 4 Twins provides customized goods. This means that we personally embroider or print the items to complete each order at the time of your purchase. This allows us to offer our clients much more options in color and thread color so you can make each item truly your own! Due to this fact - we ask that you please allow 10-14 business days to process and ship your items, not including the day you place your order. We are a small family owned company and do our very best to get your orders completed and shipped out just as quickly as we can for you!!

If your order does not include anything that is custom made (for example, many of the standard stationery items, like scrapbook paper, notepads etc.) it will ship out in 1-3 business days. However, if it's combined with other items that are customized, then everything will ship together after we've created your custom garments.

If you need a rush order, please contact us for availability (applicable rush fees will apply.) Not ALL items can be rushed, but if we can we are happy to work with you to get your orders expedited.

Production time on your shower invitations depends on how quickly you approve your proof. Proofs are emailed out within 2 business days and must be approved before you order can continue being processed.

You will receive your proof on personalized stationery items (shower invitations and personalized thank you notes, etc.) within 2 business days. Your approval is required on personalized stationery items before you order can move on to the production phase.

Definitely! We want you to be happy with your item! We will exchange items, as long as they are shipped back to us in un-used condition. The only exception is on personalized garments with your children's names. See our exchange policy for more details.

*For exchanges and returns you are responsible for return shipping on any items being sent back.

We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order (in the condition it arrived) and will provide a 100% refund on all items EXCEPT for those with personalized names. Due to the nature of personalized garments and items that have names added, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. On all other items we offer a 100% money back guarantee, but we are not able to refund shipping charges. See our return policy for more details.  All Close-out sales are final.

Customization is the term that describes the majority of our Just 4 Twins items. We offer our shoppers the choice of many different garment colors and thread colors for each item so that you can truly make it your distinctively your own! This is perfect for twins who like to have the same look, but have different favorite colors, etc. It also allows you an unlimited color palette vs. only be able to order things in the typical "blue" and "pink." You choose the style of garment, the color, and the thread colors. We create your selected items at the time of your purchase.

Personalization refers to adding your children's (or grandchildren's) names on your item. Our "Peas in a Pod"  and "Little Twinkies" designs, and some of our thank you cards offer personalization. All of our Birth Announcements and Shower & Birthday Invitations are also personalized with your individual information.
